1. Returns Policy

• Firstly, we will try to arrange an open-box delivery, so please inspect the product thoroughly before accepting it.

• Return requests will not be entertained once the product has been accepted by the customer in an open-box delivery.

• If open-box delivery is not possible, you may return eligible items within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that:
  • The item is damaged, and you provide an unboxing video as proof.
  • Without an unboxing video, the return request will not be entertained.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges for different sizes or styles are allowed only on eligible products, subject to product availability.
• Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
• Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order to avoid inconvenience.

We may update this returns and exchange policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the updated date.
